Usually one has to deal with telephone recordings or national customer service departments. Having one person so that you don’t have to explain the situation over and over on each call is a relief.

When I turned 64 I began to receive tons of mail from every Ohio Medicare advantage plan provider. Getting all that information was more confusing than helpful!
